Press Release: Air France Actions to Merge The two class actions that were commenced in the Ontario Superior Court of Justice have decided to work together and provide a united front against Air France and the other named defendants. Will Barristers: Morin & Miller along with their co-counsel, Mary Schiavo, of Motley Rice (Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina) and Glynn Hotz who has retained Class counsel JJ Camp and Joe Fiorante of Camp, Fiorante and Mathews and Harvey Strosberg of Sutts, Strosberg. The firms intend to hold a meeting for all of their clients and any potential new clients in early November to update the progress of the class action. (Further information will be provided in the future). Air France has recently begun to provide offers to settle the cases of those unrepresented by counsel.
