John R. McCrthy is counsel to WILL Barristers. Called to the Bar of Ontario in 1993, John quickly established a reputation as a leading personal injury litigator in Simcoe County. He has acted on behalf of clients in front of courts and tribunals of all levels. His cases have been reported and featured in Canadian Cases on the law of Insurance, Estates and Trusts Reports, Canadian Insurance Law Reporter, Construction Lien Reports, Ontario Insurance Commission Law and Practice, The Law Times , The Lawyers Weekly and the Ontario Trial Association digest of cases. He has been invited to present papers, give lectures and sit on panels by the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association and the Insight Information Group.

In 2006, John joined WILL Barristers out of Toronto and Oakville. While representing clients throughout the province, he heads up the WILL Barristers offices in Midland, Orillia, Lindsay and Whitby. He is also a Deputy Judge of the Small Claims Court, a division of the Superior Court of Ontario. John is bilingual and resides with his family in Penetanguishene.
